Spiritual & Religious Care

Georgian Bay General Hospital believes it is the patient/resident’s right to have their religious/spiritual needs met or to refuse unwanted visits of a religious nature. GBGH has a 24hr, on call Chaplain Services: clergy of the Huronia area, lay pastoral visitors who represent their parishes and/or provide volunteer pastoral care, and volunteer on-call chaplains. These services can be accessed anytime through the nurse on duty.

Everyone is welcome to use our Spiritual Care Quiet Room, located on the lower level
