Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH) is a 113-bed acute care community hospital located in Midland. GBGH offers emergency, ambulatory, acute, intensive and complex continuing care, as well as imaging, dialysis, obstetrical and rehabilitation services. GBGH serves the areas of Midland, Penetanguishene, Christian Island as well as Tay, Tiny, Springwater and Georgian Bay Townships. GBGH is also proud to be a partner in the North Simcoe Ontario Health Team, working to deliver better, faster and more coordinated patient-centered care to our community.
Located in Orangeville, Headwaters operates as an acute and complex continuing care facility, offering both inpatient and outpatient services, as well as an Emergency Department with 24/7 coverage. With over 700 staff and over 160 physicians, the hospital is accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada.
Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care is a 315-bed academic and teaching hospital that provides specialized mental health, addiction, and geriatric care. At Waypoint, we are guided by compassion and dedicated to patient-centered care.
