Food Services

GBGH Food Services is responsible for patient meals and cafeteria service.  

Patient Meals 

Our patient menu is one week in length and offers a variety of fresh foods, most of which are made from scratch in house. Representatives from Food Services visit patients at the bedside to take meal selections. Patient’s dietary requirements and allergies are recorded in specialized dietary software, and appropriate meal selections are made for patients who are unable to have their order taken.  

GBGH has a Registered Dietitian on staff to assess patient’s needs that may require clinical nutrition assessment or intervention. 

Cafeteria 

GBGH’s cafeteria is located on the lower level. We offer a selection of sandwiches, salads, hot entrees, snacks and beverages. Cash, debit and credit are accepted.

Monday-Friday Hours (closed Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays)

9:00 am -10:30 am – Hot Breakfast served
10:30 am-11:30 am – Closed
11:30 am – 1:30 pm – Hot lunch served
1:30 pm – Closed for the day
