                        when eating
                                                                            Less pain in joints
               Here’s what you can do:
                 Sit up for all your meals
                 Sit up in a chair when you have visitors
                 Walk around the unit either with help (if you are at risk of falling) or by
                 yourself (if able)
                 Do bed exercises on your own throughout the day
